The present General Terms and Conditions of Service (the "GTC") define the conditions under which Agency 1600 produces, creates, and designs presentation videos in motion design (the "Services") for its Clients.

The present GTC constitute, in accordance with Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, the unique basis of the commercial relationship between the Parties.

From the moment they are accepted by the Client, the GTC apply to all ordered Services, to the exclusion of any other document.

Consequently, the GTC cancel and replace all prior conditions and take precedence over any conditions of purchase, purchase order or other documents originating from the Client.

The Client declares that they have accepted the GTC in full before any order.

The GTC remain in effect until the final delivery of the Services and may be modified subsequently. Any new version will be communicated to the Client by any means chosen by Agency 1600.

The Agency 1600 and the Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties".

Any request for intervention will receive a detailed estimate mentioning:

📌 Agency 1600's mission will begin only after receipt of the deposit and necessary documents.

Any additional request will be subject to a supplementary estimate.
If the video exceeds the duration specified in the estimate, an additional charge will apply.

A specification document may be established jointly by the Parties via:

The Client undertakes to provide accurate information. Any mistake on their part that may cause dysfunction is their responsibility.

📌 The Client is informed that any modification affecting the accessibility of data may impact the provision of Services.

The modifications and corrections requested by the Client are unlimited.

In case of contract cancellation, Agency 1600 will not refund any deposit.

💰 Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros including tax and are subject to the applicable VAT.

💳 Payment methods

The payment is made via SEPA transfer or via Stripe.

📌 Any delay in payment incurs penalties, calculated at the European Central Bank rate +10 percentage points, as well as a flat fee of €40.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for:

📌 If applicable, the right of withdrawal is 14 days.

The Client authorizes Agency 1600 to mention their name and logo in its references.
The creations made may be included in the portfolio of Agency 1600.

📌 The rights of use are transferred to the Client only after full payment.

Agency 1600 assigns to the Client:

This assignment is valid worldwide and for the entire legal duration of protection.

Agency 1600 cannot be held responsible in case of:

📌 The liability of Agency 1600 can never exceed the amount of the signed estimate.

In the event of non-compliance with obligations by the Client, Agency 1600 may terminate the contract after a formal notice that remains unsuccessful for 1 month.

Agency 1600 is authorized to subcontract all or part of the Services.

The Client agrees to not recruit or solicit the subcontractors of Agency 1600 for 2 years after delivery of the Services.

Neither Party shall be liable in case of force majeure.

📌 If the situation persists for more than 60 days, the GTC will be terminated by operation of law.

📌 All exchanged information is strictly confidential.
The confidentiality obligation lasts 2 years after the end of the contract.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Parties will seek an amicable solution in case of dispute.

📌 Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Paris.
